Leadership
Reed Stauffer is the Founder and Managing Director of Hub Capital, an M&A advisory firm serving lower middle market companies. Reed partners with CEOs, executives and entrepreneurs on sell-side M&A, recapitalizations and other strategic transactions, guiding business owners through what is often the most consequential decision of their careers.
With more than a decade of investment banking experience, Reed has executed over $750 million in total transaction value, representing both buyers and sellers. He brings a practitioner’s understanding of what drives enterprise value, from positioning a business in front of the right buyers, to quality of earnings and working capital and everything in between. His industry experience spans specialty contractors, environmental services, engineering, professional and business services, technology, specialty manufacturing and healthcare.
Before founding Hub Capital, Reed was a Partner at Aurum Capital and an Associate at Chartwell Financial Advisory. A Pacific Northwest native, he earned his BA in Finance from Gonzaga University
